GetTheMemo (http://getthememo.com) is an anonymous, safe place to talk about work, used by thousands of people at the finest organizations in the world, including IBM, Amazon, HP, McKinsey, and the United States Military. Our #1 concern is protecting your professional identity and everything in GetTheMemo is designed to protect you.

Its all on your device.
Everything that links you to your activity on Memo (posts, comments, votes, following, alerts) is contained ONLY on your device. This means there is nothing your company can do (like hack your email) to identify who posts what on Memo. It also means that when you switch devices, all connection to your previous activity will be lost.

Our logs are empty.
If our systems were compromised, its possible that someone sophisticated could use standard network data (IP addresses, device IDs, etc.) to guess who you are. We dont record any of this data to our logs.

Freedom of association.
You have the right to join Memo. It is both an individual right and a collective right, guaranteed by all modern and democratic legal systems, including the United States Bill of Rights, article 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and international law, including articles 20 and 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and Conventions 87 and 98 of the International Labour Organization.
